The first time seeing this was on TV, my husband and I looked at each other said we needed to try it.
Upon receiving I noticed that the box had some weight to it. I knew right away it wasn't cheaply made.
I make a lot of chef salads for my family, including lettuce, meat, eggs, onions, cucumber, tomatoes.
So I wanted to try it out on various vegetables plus meat.
Started with lettuce didn't work so well, I was better off shredding it myself.
Celery I put it in long ways first then short.
Egg did such a great job to were the yoke didn't crumble.
Green pepper did good as well, Boiled ham same.
I did notice put the vegetables all the way to the end, cuts alot easier, and smoother.The blade is sharp.
I have arthritis in my wrist, some of my fingers. Bothered my wrist somewhat but not bad.
I am pretty happy and pleased with the Amazing Cutter and would highly recommend it.
