I have not used a meat tenderizer in a long time . I actually forgot what I a big difference it can make in the texture of your meat.
With the compact design has two different surfaces coarse, fine pyramid which can be used to tenderize meats differently.
I used it on our steak the other night, I couldn't believe how tender it was.
With the dimensions being 8.5 inches, and the handle has finger groves for easy handling.
Made of coated aluminum, so I do see it lasting for many years to come.
Easy to clean with soap and water or dishwasher safe.
