My older children had a blast playing with this simple toy. After we figured out to control it we were trying to pass it back and forth like a ball, without letting it touch the ground. Definitely keep us moving around.
Has a little yellow remote ( kinda looks like a apple ) to power off and on. It takes about 2 or 3 seconds for it to turn on. The 4 propellers with counter balance on the bottoms. Plastic propellers go pretty fast so you need to be careful not to have your fingers close. And they are pretty tough, it crashed into trees and ground many times without braking. To control it just put your hand underneath and the ball upwards or sideways depending on your hand movement. You can actually have it take off from your hand. Has a bright LED color lighting , that changes colors. It looks really cool at night. Charges about 15-20 minutes ( USB cable ) , running time 8-10 minutes.
The ball is made from ABS plastic, and measures 15.5x11cm. Remote control dimensions are 4.7x4.5cm ( very small ) runs off a Lithium Battery ( included ). This is a very cool toy, would be great for get together, or even science classes.
