I have been lucky enough, that I have never had high blood pressure. But it runs in both parts of my family. My doctor always double check it to be on the safe side. So she told that I should invest on a blood pressure monitor and keep a journal.

Now I have never touch one of these. I am completing new on this.
After going through the instructions it pretty easy to set of the date, and time.
I took my blood pressure before I left for the doctors and she took it upon arriving. It was only couple of numbers off, so I would say it is accurate.

It is able to store up to 1197 reading, and that is 399 readings for 3 different users.
Color alert LED color codes in green for normal, orange for prehypertension , and red for hypertension. LED numbers are big for easy reading
It also can detect irregular heartbeat.
Comes in a nice case. Has a side pocket with the instructions, and you can also store your notes etc..

Requires 4 AA batteries which are included
